This kind of thing transcends, of course, museums. Old geezers
such as myself will remember a literary movement of the
'Sixties centering around one Ed Sanders and his _F*** You: A
Magazine of the Arts_. It became a cause celebre at a
university library which accepted a run of the magazine and
collection of ancillaries from a private collector, how to
handle this title entry in the public catalog. (In later years
I wonder how the NUC and OCLC have approached this.)
