Help wanted!!

I've recently ben asked to present a seminar on the repair procedures for
oil impregnated paper plans.  The repair side of things is not too much of
a problem, however there doesn't sem to be all that much information of the
history and maufacture of this type of paper.  Does anyone out there know
of any reference sources that may be of help?
