kim,
there are a number of heritage seed groups that deal with keeping the old open-pollinated varieties viable.  so try contacting the various seed conservancy groups, Seed Savers is the one that comes to mind (i think that's the correct name)  [my brain is suffering from "putting up
new exhibit" overload and so i'm not quite sure].  if you can't find it and you still need info, email me <[log in to unmask]> and i'll find something for you.
