A question for the technotypes on the list.  I'm trying to find a
reference(s) dealing with the metal finishing process "Bower-Barff".
I have found reference to it in a late 19th century building spec.
that I have been using for research.  Unfortunately, I can't find
anything written on this process.   Thanking you in advance.
