for up to the mid-19th C., try "The Book of Costume" by Milia Davenport
(it is out of print, but you may be able to find it through inter-library
loan).  I don't recall such information in other standard costume history
texts; you might check theses and dissertation lists; for current info,
contact your local cathedral!  actually, as vestements change very little
over time, that might be a good source.
