Thank you.  Yes, history will be a bit tougher but we intend to do things
like lecture series on "current history."  For instance, the Bill Clinton
scandal provides all kinds of opportunities for programs on the history of
presidental scandals (especially sexually-related ones).  We will see how
it works.

Hi Bob,

Throughout my 16 years in museum education, I have always believed in
generating my own salary, plus.  Even during my time as Director of
Education
and Collections at the Museum of Science and History in Jacksonville, FL, I
managed to present enough programs to pay my salary, plus about 20%.
Admittedly, I have found this to be much easier with science than with
history.
 People are usually willing to pay fees for million volt sparks and big
flames.

Now that I am back in business for myself, I definitely have to generate my
own
salary!
