That show was curated by Sue Pierce and Verna Suit-  Sue is a quilter and
lives in the Washington DC area.  It is more along the lines of art quilts
than crazy quilts.

Waht you might do is contact the American Quilt Study Guild, which is
located in Paducah KY for information about quilts-  Sorry, I do not have
their address on hand-  Also, the Indianapolis Museum of Art had an exquisite
crazy quilt on display in their textile gallery-  You could call them and
ask to see slides of the piece or their collection-  Their telephone number
