2. The arts and urban regeneration:
Themes for a new century - rethinking the relationship between
culture and urban planning (Franco Bianchini, CPRU De Montfort
University, Leicester UK);  Within reach? - The role of the arts in
Belfast's regeneration (Tony McCusker, Chief Executive, Making
Belfast Work, Northern Ireland);  Building successful communities
(Bob McNulty, Partners for Livable Communities, Washington DC, USA)

3. The arts and social cohesion:
Living the difference - the meaning of social cohesion for East and
