Another reference I would use in anticipation of this
is to sign up for the newsletter produced by
http://www.hotjobs.com  It's free, daily, and often
includes some excellent heads up.  I've been reading
it for the last several months and found some good
stuff.

However, please note that HotJobs was just bought out
by Yahoo.  I don't know if the caliber will be
maintained or not.
