 Well, doing a google search on "skateboards liability and sue" I didn't find
 a case. ...>>

Just a reminder that in an April 30 post Harrison Wick related several
incidents in which injured skateboarders tried to sue institutions,
apparently unsuccessfully.  If possible, some additional details would be of
interest, because even unsuccessful lawsuits can be expensive and
time-consuming for the defendants.
