We are currently revising our template guest curator contract, as we
would like to incorporate consequences for not meeting deadlines into
the agreement. A recent experience has made us realize the importance
of guest curators meeting our internal deadlines and the impact this
has on our staff.

Has anyone done this? We were thinking of linking deadlines to
curatorial fee installments, where the penalty for missing a deadline
results in a reduced curatorial fee.
