The Attingham Summer School is an intensive, 3-week course that travels to
three different parts of England. Participants visit around 30 British
Country houses, both public and private, and have special access to
collections and specialists. Lectures are held daily. This is an
intensive, exhausting and extraordinary program. It is appropriate for a
number of people: students of art history, decorative arts, landscape,
historic house interpretation, as well as curators, educators,
conservators, directors. More information can be obtained at
www.attinghamtrust.org. Applications should be available at the website.
 Some scholarships are available.

Two other programs -- the 9 day Attingham study week and the 9 day Royal
Collections Studies program, based at Windsor Castle -- are also offered.
