Chris Dill

I have just completed the hanging of a small selection of contemporary
paintings from our School's permanent collection in the Executive Lounge of
British Airways at Glasgow Airport. This is part of a recently introduced
program of temporary exhibitions being organised by British Airways at
various regional airports throughout the UK, involving a number of local art
schools.
As to finance, Glasgow School of Art was given a small allowance for
expenses, but in principal, the project was seen to be of mutual benefit
both to the School (in the promotion of its permanent museum collection) and
for the Airline (by being seen to work with the local community).

If anyone on the List is interested, I can supply (off-list) details of the
art consultants who British Airways employ as they have been my main point
of contact.
