I sw a real good one at the Carnegie Science Center in Pittsburgh.  Visitors
would don light-weight (styrofoam?) wings over their arms, and then stand in
a wind-tunnel. You could actually feel the pull of the Bernoulli principle
as the air passed over the wings.
