L.W.S. Petznick, Ph.D. recently recommended a list of collections care reference books. I wanted to follow up with ordering information for one of the publications, "Caring for your Collections" (1992 - National Committee to Save America's Cultural Collections).
The book is now in its fourth printing by Harry N. Abrams, Inc. and may be ordered directly from the publisher or from Heritage Preservation (formerly the National Institute for the Conservation of Cultural Property). There is also a second book in the series, "Caring for Your Historic House."

For more information call Heritage Preservation at 202-634-1422 or go to http://www.heritagepreservation.org
