Hello Chian - Jin,
Who will be cleaning, repairing and/or restoring the archaeological and ethnographic artifacts after the small lab is set up? Shouldn't you seek the advise of a  nearby experienced professional conservator? He/she may be able to check up the collection, the lab space and staff
competencies and make appropriate recommendations.
