ICOMAM, the International Committee of Museums and Collections of Arms and Military History, is pleased to announce that its next annual conference will be hosted by the University of Nizwa and the Baitar Rudayah Historic Small Arms Centre of Excellence,Birkat Al Mauzin Oman on October 6th to October 10th 2012.
A Post Conference Tour will follow the main conference from 11 to 13 October 2012
The general theme of the Conference will be: Military heritage of Oman and the middle East and the relationship with the outside world.

L'ICOMAM, le comité international des musées et des collections d'armes et d'histoire militaire, a le plaisir de lancer un appel à communications pour sa prochaine conférence annuelle qui aura lieu à l'Université de Nizwa et au Centre d'excellence pour l'armement portatif Baitar Ruday dahà Birkatal Mauz,Oman, du 6 au 10 octobre 2012, avec une programme d'après conférence du 11 au 13 octobre 1202. . Le thème principal de la conférence sera:Le patrimoine militaire à Oman et au Moyen-­Orient et la relation avec le monde extérieur.
