Dear Colleagues,

We are shocked by the news of the violent attack on innocent commuters in
Madrid causing death and  injuries. We sympathize with the families of the
affected souls, the Nation and to our colleagues in Spain.

"The rage to kill is cheap" is the adage.

Our hearts are bent in prayer that we may come to the full understanding of
human existence on heart as a place to celebrate life.

I take this opportunity, on behalf of my Nigerian colleagues to express our
sorrow and a deep sense of loss for all those that have been affected by
this dastardly act and solidarity to our colleague in Spain.
