It is exact the concept driving the idea of Icom.Mediterranean, as it is
difficult to consider Europe as "small area with many members".

And Mediterranean area includes around 23 countries (included Palestina)
with 19 national committee.
5 from Africa
14 from Europe (near half of the whole Europe)
4 from Arab/Midle-East area
