Dear Colleagues,  Members of ICOM

Permit me to join you all in mourning for this Great

Man of the arts world : We hope he did not leave us

to see our big organisation dwindle but to continue 

the good works of the museology as he laid the good

foundations for us all and lots of encouragement not

only to Icom/Unesco/Commonwealth/Nigeria Fed.Arts

culture and family and friends all over the world. 

For he will always be remembered by all mankind : May his

soul rest in perfect peace--Amen.
