Agreed - that's what we hoped for in adopting the first Internet Strategy
nearly 5 years ago.

Can I put a practical suggestion - to the Secretariat?

Since the crack-down on those not eligible for membership because of
art etc. dealing, every member has to sign a certificate that they are
still eligible for ICOM membership every year when they renew their
membership. From 2001 could the form be changed to ask also for their
e-mail address (if they have one)?
