Dear Giovanni Pinna

I write to request advice on how I can seure financial assistance to attend
a meeting on Architectural design at the end of this month. I am an
Exhibitions Officer and feel that the meeting will benefit our local museum.
I am unable to raise my own travel fares and accomodation due to the
difficulty in obtaining foreign currency in our country.
I would be most grateful if you could assist in any regard .
