You may have seen the article in the most recent ICOM News (2006/2) 
welcoming the new International Journal of Intangble Heritage, which has 
being produced with the support of the Korean government and ICOM Korea, 
and which is being supported by both ICOM and UNESCO.

I am please to say that the full text of the Journal is now available 
on-line in PDF facsimile format at:

http://www.ijih.org/ 

The website also includes a Call for Papers for future annual editions and 
the Instructions to Authors on preparing papers for submission.
