Dear Colleagues
answering to the last Annunce of Icom secretary "procedure to be followed
in proposing candidates for the election to the 2004-2007 Executive
Council",
I inform you that untill now I have not received any information concerning
the work of the Nomination Committee. This means that I do not know
anything about a "public information campaign" of the same committee, and
that therefore I have not been "educated" on the important process of
elections, proposing canditates, and so on.
