Estimados Colegas,

entiendo que actualizar los servicios de la organización es imprescindible
para evitar la fosilización. Si bien incrementar el número de carnets para
miembros institucionales puede resultar atractivo para algunos países, para
países como la Argentina, con una gran caída del producto bruto interno y
con una gran disminución de los ingresos, no modificaría la actual
situación.

Entiendo que los servicios a los miembros -individuales e institucionales-
deberían revisarse en conjunto, de la misma manera que debería analizarse su
impacto en los comités nacionales de todas las regiones.

Los principios globales despojados de su aplicabilidad en todos los terrenos
pueden demostrarse sectarios y aumentar las brechas ya existentes.
