You might try LifeFormations at www.lifeformations.com.  They make life sized
robots of almost anything (not just limited to humans necessarily).  We have
one of their pirated robots in our exhibit hall and visitor reaction is
priceless.  He's relatively trouble free, but they have excellent tech
support should any problems occur.
