Carrie-

I was recently in Dublin, where the number of cellphones is overwhelming,
even by American standards. At the entrance to most of the major museums
were the standard "no food" and "no drink" signs (the picture of a drink
inside a circle with a line through the circle). All of them included "no
cellphones" signs.
And I do think it is disturbing to the other guests.
