One more idea to ponder ...

(1) Real Estate agents/agencies have "insider knowledge" of new residents.
(2) Real Estate agents often enjoy giving "house warming" gift to new clients
(3) There's a possible co-opted marketing opportunity here. Museum provides
some sort of "gift offer" available to real estate agents/agencies as a
pass along to new residents.

Just another of my many half baked ideas ;)
