We have roughly 20 people (or about 5% of the staff) doing
fundraising, grants, planned giving, at our regional offices,
etc.

We are not a small Museum (over $2 Million annual operating
budget plus capital) and we have had a grant writer from a long
time. ˙Now in a capital campaign we could use two.
