The law (?) that allows FEMA to throw away a "contaminated" museum's
collection needs to be reviewed at least where museums are concerned, or am
I naive? Sounds like AAM should begin discussing with FEMA how museums and
conservators can deal with contaminated material if given the chance. Rocky
Mount never got the chance.
