President of the Ella Sharp Museum:  We have reposted the job listing,
hoping to draw a larger pool of <qualified> candidates.

Well, first of all, I would suggest posting a salary range--it is possible
that otherwise-qualified candidates are not applying because there is no
salary range listed.
