Roger,

I don't seem to have e-mail addresses for either of them; however, I do have telephone numbers. The Littleton History Museum is 303/795-3950 where you may reach Lorena Donohue. The Colorado History Museum is 303/866-3682 and the Grant-Humphries House (this is the site where Chere Mitchell works if I remember correctly) is at 303/894-2506.

I hope this will help. I believe Chere Mitchell did consulting work writing cleaning schedules and guidelines for historic sites so she should be a good resource.

Good Luck!
Erin

Thank you Erin,

Do you have an email address for either colleague mentioned below?

best wishes
roger

>Lorena Donohue (Littleton History Museum) and Chere Mitchell (Colorado
Historical Society) put on a great workshop at the CWAM (Colorado-Wyoming
Association of Museums) annual meeting last spring. It included a notebook
that was chock full of information including cleaning information and
scheduling. I believe that it was Chere who had put together the very
detailed cleaning schedule and guildelines. I don't have the notebook here
with me, but I bet it would be applicable to what you need. If you contact
Chere, my guess is that she would be willing to forward the information to
you.

very interested in receiving copies ( as attached files or in the BODY of an

have reference to several good texts on the subject but specific Museum
documents are in short supply!
