Our museum uses CHENHALL as a means of classifying its collection. Our
collection consists of the following sub-collections: history; folk culture;
ethnography; children's; living history; postal; war; and archaeology. For
the most part, CHENHALL appears to be an adequate resource. The exception
is when it is applied to our archaeological and sometime ethnographic
material. Does anyone else have this problem and if so, how have they
addressed it. Would anyone be willing to forward to me a copy of their
institution's archaeological and/or ethnographical classification system?

Also, does anyone have a recommendation concerning resources for
trades/occupations?

Thank you in advance.
