I'm kind of spoiled, being in Buffalo, NY--a location thick with
conservators of all types due to the conservation program at Buffalo State
College (formerly in Cooperstown.)

But you might like to try:

>For all kinds of information regarding the preservation of ephemera, I
>recommend the Northeast Document Conservation Center at

http://www.nedcc.org

You might also contact Patricia Hamm, an excellent paper conservator (she's
done some terrific work at several insitutions with which I've been
associated, and numerous museums nationally) at:

Patricia Hamm
5900 Goodrich Road
Clarence, NY 14032
(716) 741-2801
