Try contacting Pete Yancone at the Maryland Science Center (410-545-5950). At
one point, they had a hands-on math program called "Brain Teasers, Brain
Pleasers" in which math problems were turned into hands-on math games. It was
based on a publication from Australia. They also had worked with Eddy
Goldstain to create "The Magical Math Show". The last I heard was the Eddy
was working at the Denver Museum of Natural History. The Maryland Science
Center also built an NSF-funded math exhibit.
