One of the more effective means, (if you can find it locally), is the
window film treatment similar to that used in the auto industry.  Mostly
these are colored or reflective, but as I recall, 3M makes a UV filtering
variety which also has a bit of anti-glare surface.  Call your 3M rep or a
good auto glass company.

You might find a product in the Thomas Register (online) or Exhibit
Builder's annual referance guide.
