There was a recent discussion thread on this list about family-history
programs, and some of the comments talked about oral-history resources.  You can go to
the archives
http://home.ease.lsoft.com/archives/museum-l.html
and type in "Family History Education" in the subject box and maybe "June 1999"
in the since box.  That will pop up the messages in that thread, some of which
had these tips for doing oral-history projects.
