Thanks to everybody who responded to my question re: fair use on the Web --
all very helpful. Recently I learned that OSPs are liable for infringing
material on the sites they host, and that copyright owners can go to them to
get infringing sites terminated. Has anyone ever tried to do this? How
does one identify the OSP for any particular site?

Thanks!
