Danette,

Andrea Hammer, a professor of English at St. Mary's College (Southern
Maryland), teaches techniques for oral history interviewing, though at the
college level. She has been conducting interviews in southern Maryland for
many years, and has published atleast one book from the material.
St. Mary's College is in St. Mary's City, Maryland.
