We are planning a questionnaire for a museums' visitor survey that has the
aim to evaluate the effectiveness of any communicative aspect and/or system
used by museums to transmit towards their visitors the heritage of knowledge
they own.
The survey will be held in about twelve among Italian State Museums during
the next weeks.
I would really appreciate if any of you could you let us have, in the
shortest , any questionnaire used in surveys about similar topics or, at
least, some questions that could be usefully used in our questionnaire or,
finally, some web pages where we can find something that can help us.
I thank you in advance, feel free to contact me off-list.
