We are in the midst of revamping our administrative services  including
personnel  policy....I know, I can hear your groans.....does anybody have a
performance evaluation template that they actually like and feel is
effective??? To add to the fun we need to rewrite our job
descriptions.....words of wisdom from any and all will be deeply
appreciated.......
