Human Resource Manager

    Professional needed to manage all human resource functions for small
state agency (39 full time - 15 part-time)  Duties include providing
expertise in the areas of recruitment & selection, employee relations,
benefits administration, classification and compensation, and volunteer
program administration.  Requires demonstrated ability to interpret & apply
policy to ensure compliance with state and federal policies & procedures.
Excellent communication and problem solving skills necessary.    Working
knowledge of Virginia state personnel policies and practices helpful.
Experience in Human Resource Management or related fields preferred.
Starting salary range $27,204 - $29,083 with excellent benefits package.   To
