As a passionate historian - and (brackets a passionate
New Zealander) we must not lose access to these historic
forms of names. What would Thermopylae mean to others in
the future, or the rememebered message we all get from the
Anglo Saxon poem called The Battle of Maldon. Is the "New
World" going to have its work cut to preserve the culture
of the "Old World" -
