STORE MANAGER

For the Museum Store of the Illinois State Museum, Springfield, Illinois.
The position requires 3 years museum retail experience in a supervisory
capacity.  Responsibilities include merchandising, purchasing, inventory
control, staff supervision, advertising and promotion, and product
development. Computer systems experience is required as is the ability to
work with museum staff to project the image of the museum.  Employment is
by the Illinois State Museum Society, a non-profit, equal opportunity,
