Our education curator learned to make some really great faux food at a
workshop a few months ago at the McFaddin-Ward House in Beaumont, Texas.
She just made an absolutely beautiful c.1915 wedding cake for a wedding
exhibit and I'm sure she'll be happy to tell you more about the workshop
and who led it.
