Dear John,

the only problem with the self-made visitor surveys are that the result
might no be statistically significant. When we started our first survey many
years ago, the result was that the typical visitor is male, 45 years old -
and wears the same tie as our cashier.Reason: The cashier gave the
questionners only to those persons like him, no children, no females, no
teachers etc.
