Hi!  The Texas Archaoelogical Society is doing work with rock art
conservation and I believe there is also a Rock Art Society that does
recording and conservation.  As far as I know, both of these are confined
to Native American rock art, but it may be that the Rock Art Society also
is involved with artwork from other continents.  Hope this helps.
