Kristy,

Have you considered a master's program in non-profit management? It can go
anywhere, so to speak. As a volunteer/intern manager, I usually do not
arrange for more than 6 hours of class credit for an internship. Don't just
arrange for so many hours without having a course of action. Please respond
off-list if you're interested in a master's program. Cheers!
