We constantly work to keep our board ethnically diverse. We have had some
problems recruiting Mexican-Americans but currently there are two
African-Americans on the board, one of whom just stepped down from a two
years as President.

Everyone supports the idea of diversity, although there are one or two on
the board who I know harbor some quiet resentment of such. Tough.

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone had ideas on approaching your mueum board to
become ethnically diverse? Particularly if the board seems open to the
idea, but unsure how to take it to the next level.
