You might try the Leesburg Court house - in Leesburg VA. They still use it so
I'm not too sure how historic the insides are :) (Haven't had to go to court!)
The best resource is probably the Loundon Museum, also in Leesburg. Phone
number is 703-777-8331 (info center) or 703-777-8331 (admin & gift shop).
